Scott Wetterland was born and raised in St. Louis Park, MN. He received a BA from the University of Minnesota in Sociology and Anthropology, but at that same time he was an apprentice in a bakery and that seemed much more interesting so he became a baker for twenty years. After being a stay at home dad, Scott and his wife found ISLA and enrolled their son in first grade. He has been in charge of the school lunches at our school since 2007. Scott and his family love to go bicycling, camping and travelling. They make an annual trip to Guatemala because as Scott tells it: “We love the culture!”. All students adore Scott and affectionately call him “Dundy”.
