Class pricing for extracurriculars is based on the number of classes in each session, with a sliding fee scale and discounts available for school volunteers. Families who receive reduced price meals based on the Educational Benefits Form will receive a 50% discount for all ISLA extra-curricular activities and those who qualify for free meals will receive a 75% discount. Classes that are sponsored by outside organizations unfortunately do not carry these discounts (indicated by a star).If a student is already enrolled in Aventuras after care on the day of the club they are registering for, their registration will be 50% off. Alternatively, a family may pay the Aventuras change fee to cancel Aventuras and pay the full price for the extracurricular, with an expected pick-up at 5:15.
ISLA Singers 3-5 choir
ISLA Singers is a choir for 3rd-5th grade students who love to sing or want to give it a try! Students will experience the joy of collaborative music making while learning songs in a variety of styles and languages from around the world. Singing encourages teamwork, builds confidence, and develops musical skills, all while giving young musicians a unique opportunity to express themselves and share their voice! Taught by our very own Sam Sadlowski in the music room.

Young Rembrandts Spark Studio
Let’s make this back-to-school season a masterpiece! Young Rembrandts’ drawing lessons will ignite your creativity and sharpen your artistic skills. The *Board Games and Activities Club* will be a space to relax, connect, and share good moments after school. We can enjoy traditional games from El Salvador, Spain, and Colombia, such as parqués, bolirana, capirucho and many more that we can add from each of our cultures.
Whether it’s classic games, new ones, or creative group activities, this club will be a great opportunity for everyone to relax, bond, and build friendships in a fun and welcoming environment. In this workshop, science-based activities combined with arts (STEAM) will be developed where children will experiment by playing and creating. It starts from a learning situation, which will serve to engage the students. Subsequently, activities will be carried out in a staggered manner and will end with a final product. Welcome to our *Basketball Club!
In this after-school activity, students will have fun while learning the basics of basketball through dynamic and engaging games. We will focus on teamwork, coordination, and movement, using fun challenges such as relay races and adapted versions of traditional games — for example, playing the classic "handkerchief game" but with basketballs!
