Aventuras Non-School Days

Our dedicated Aventuras team has added a few additional dates for care over Winter Break. Please complete the non-school days registration form if you would like to sign up!

FAMILY / HOLIDAY CARDS!!

We want to see ALL of our amazing ISLA Family’s faces as we walk into the school each day!!

If you have a family photo card you are sending out this year, please consider adding ISLA PTO to your list! We’ll be decorating the entryway with all of your beautiful photos as the cards start to arrive!!

Don’t have a card? I’d be happy to help your family create a card (any holiday/New Years or maybe just a color theme your family enjoys) to hang at the school!! Thank you so much to those that have already sent theirs in!! And please always feel free too reach out with any questions!

WHO’S READY FOR THE FIRST ISLA TALENT SHOW?!?!

This year (or 2025, rather) will be our first talent show!! We have a great venue lined up for the performances… They can be a solo, a duet, a group… Students, parents, grandparents/caregivers, LAs & staff are all welcomed & encouraged to participate!! Have a knack for marketing, maybe you enjoy writing or just want to be part of supporting our school??

The PTO Board is looking for an interested party (or multiple parties to co-chair) to shadow the Secretary & Communications Board position this school year to eventually take over moving into the ‘25-’26 school year.

‍

General responsibilities & time commitment is one 60-90 minute meeting per month, along with writing the PTO Corner update for the school’s weekly Noticias email. Myself along with the rest of the board can help provide context and templates if desired, but we’re also happy to see positions flex based on an individual’s skills, bandwidth & needs!!
